This cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection of crus by the company’s own oenologists together with the Vineyard Manager.
It offers a subtle balance between the distinctive finesse of great champagnes and rich red fruit aromas (raspberry, cherry, ….) brought by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
As well as its aromatic qualities, it is the light vinosity and perfect salmon colour of this cuvée that set it apart.
