"Grapes for our 2013 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir were harvested between September 7 and October 1 at between 25.2 and 26.7 brix. The juice spent 18-30 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 10 months aging. The wine was racked once and bottled unfiltered and unfined on July 9, 2014."
