This was awarded its 5th Gran Gold award at the Monde Selection in Brussels, as well as a trophy at the 2001 International Spirits Challenge in London. A full bodied rum from Barbados, very enjoyable. A masterful blend of the finest aged spirits, the forcefulness of the oak aromas is soften by its sweet fruity notes of pastry and banana. Seventeen years of maturity provides a mellow and smooth taste.
