Bright medium yellow/gold colour, aromas of freshly ground peppercorn, spice and orange peel with earth and charred oak notes, dry, rounded and smooth, with flavours of black pepper and sweet caramel, notes of toffee and vanilla on the finish. A great base for cocktails and mixed drinks, but also great on its own.
