This small batch bourbon is aged in charred oak barrels, and emerges incredibly smooth and flavorful. Intense aromas of caramel, oak, dried apricot and pepper explode from the glass, and the palate is equally bold. Vanilla, pepper, and dried fruit lead to a warm but pleasantly tame finish. Though this is an excellent sipping whiskey, it also makes a fantastic Mint Julep.
