A rich blend of selected aged rums. Charcoal filtered for smoothness before mellowing in oak barrels. Bacardi Select is a dark amber color rum and has a full body. The palate is complex and opulent, with notes of caramel, toffee, honey, and leather. The finish is buttery and long with an oaky element. A great sipping rum.
