Extremely Limited Release, to keep the diversity of the barrels we shall only release Finite number of bottles and all batches shall have a unique ABV. After monitoring closely and allowed to age in our own 25000 SQ FT of non-controlled Temp Rick house only 5 barrels passed our tasting test and hence became Batch 1- All the Single Estate Barrels are aged on a 11 ft high bunker that had an extremely close proximity to the boiler, where the Humidity and evaporation caused the proof to drop. Which is why we think Single Estate not only will intrigue your pallet but will make you want more.
