This blend of four premier cru sites located on either side of the Serein River was vinified separately then assembled later. While Drouhin does not own as much Chablis vineyards as Bichot at Long-Depaquit, they own 6.7ha of prime vineyards including four grand crus. There is wonderful salinity and tension in this wine with surprising freshness given the warm growing conditions. The finish is lingering, leaving behind a taste of fresh soft, green seaweed. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
