Yamazaki is aged in casks of three different kinds of oaks—American, Spanish and Japanese—lending unique complexity to this spirit. Medium bodied, with aromas of dried fruit, coconut, anise, spice and honey, Yamazaki 12 Year has a delicate, mellow taste with a lingering and dry finish. The palate is rich with flavors of peach, fig, caramel, toast, honey, and cracked pepper.
