Elegant and sophisticated. Jefferson's Reserve is allowed to age slowly and reach maturity naturally. Medium-weight, velvety textured body and a dry, robust palate, one that quickly fills the mouth with the engaging flavors of roasted corn, caramel, toffee and oak. On the nose there are hints of peaches, vanilla, raisins and butterscotch. The finish is long, warm and smooth like a fine cognac.
