Light gold. Pungent, deep and rich on the nose, with powerful buttered toast and baked apple aromas. A thick, round style, showing sweet pear and apple flavors, along with a strong note of buttery brioche. This received only a moderate dosage but the fruit is sweet, weighty and thick. Finishes with an oily, sappy poached pear quality.
