"This vintage no-dosage Cava is naturally smoky smelling and crisp as a whistle, with apple aromas. It feels entirely fresh and full of energy, with lemon, underripe pineapple and apple flavors. The finish is pure, and as you’d expect from a top-notch brut nature, minerally and elegant.
