Bella Vigna is Martinelli's selection of several vine parcels from around the Russian River Valley. The grapes undergo a long, cool fermentation on wild yeast before the juice is transferred into barrels to complete the very end of fermentation. The wine is aged on its gross lees in 65% new French oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. This medium bodied wine has firm acidity and flavors of red and black cherries and orange rind.
