Straw yellow with lightly amber-coloured tinges. Fruity, floral and shows aromas of banana, pineapple and wisteria flowers. On the palate, the wine is persistent, well-balanced, with an excellent body.
This is the classic fish wine; excellent with risotto and vegetable soups; also pairs well with light white meats and sweet cheeses.
