This superb rosé of 74% Pinot Noir, 22% Zinfandel, and 4% Grenache with an incredibly light onion-skin hue held us in a state of ecstasy. The stainless steel–fermented juice offers up scents of lychee, white roses, and raspberry before white-peppered peonies, star fruit, and fig blossom tiptoe across the palate. The result is a crisp, clean beauty fringed with delicate spice and fine acidity.
