Family-owned and -managed by Champagne producer Bruno Paillard, this label has produced a stunning blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 10% Rolle, and 5% Mourvèdre. A thread of stony purity weaves through manda- rin orange and ripe melon as clean strokes of white flower petals turn powdery on the finish with a dash of salinity.
