High West Whiskey Rendezvous Rye was crafted from a blend of two rye whiskies: a 6 year old 95% rye and a 16 year old 80% rye. A higher proportion of unmalted rye gives it a unique flavor with notes of spicy cinnamon, caramel, honey, mint, and vanilla. High West does not chill filter, which preserves the whiskey's natural oils that contribute to the flavor and texture. Enjoy straight, on the rocks, or with a few drops of water.
